From the Dashboard you will be able to access almost every part of the application.
Tasks Manager
Your "Tasks" will display in order of urgency, and keep you informed of what needs to be completed. Click on the filter links at the top of the Task Manager panel to view tasks by category. To view all tasks, use the "View All Tasks " link on the top right of the panel.
Quick Links
The Quick Links panel provides you with a list of links to frequently used functionality in the GPS application: Create New RFP, Property Search, and Reconciliation & Invoicing. All of this functionality can also be found in the left navigation bar.
Create New RFP
Click the "Create New RFP" link to start the process of creating a new Request For Proposal. You will find this in the Quick Links panel on the top right of the page, also on the left navigation bar.
Property Search
The Property Search page will allow you to search for a specific property that you have previously sent an RFP to.
Reconciliation & Invoicing
The Reconciliation Search page will display all of your active and completed reconciliations.
Events
You will find a list of events created by you or assigned to you, sorted by the start date of the event in the Events panel. You can re-sort by clicking the column headers. Each event will have links to get you where you need to be quickly, as well as other helpful information about your event. There are icons associated with each event to transfer the event to another user, copy an event, or delete an event.
Start Date
Change the "Event Start Date" to view specific events that start on or after the selected date. Move the date back to view historical events.
Keyword Search
Use the Keyword Search to search for any event by event id, name contains, venue city, client name, etc.
Manager
Use this drop-down to view other administrators events or "View All Administrators" events.
Transfer Event
To transfer an event click transfer icon link, this will open a modal.
In the modal you will see the event name, who the event is currently assigned to, and dropdown of event admins that the event can be transferred to. Simply select the event admin you would like to transfer the event to, and click the "Transfer" button.Copy Event
To copy an event click duplicate icon link, this will open a dialog.
Clicking OK in the dialog will create a copy of your event, set to one year from the start date of the original event. You will need to re-send any RFPs to receive bids for your copied event.
Delete Event
Clicking the Trash icon will delete an event. Deleting an event is only an option when no RFPs have been accepted for an event.
