The Compare Bids page provides event admins with an overview of all submitted bids, each property listed contains a link to access the property's RFP response. 

Accepted and Pending Bids

The "Compare Bids - Client View" links to a synopsis of the Compare Bids page, from there you can email access to a third party.

Details

Click on the plus icon to open additional details related to a property's bid.

Additional details include complementary rooms included up front, number of days before an event that a guest can cancel, breakfast type, and if applicable reason for declining the bid.

Bid Status

  • Pending Review - Property has submitted for your review
  • Accepted and Validated - Reviewed and accepted by event administrator, generating a contract
  • Accepted - RFP was declined or expired, resent, and then re-submitted
  • Declined - Event administrator has declined the bid
  • Expired - Property's "Bid Valid Until" date has passed
  • Sold Out - Property is Sold Out for the timeframe of your event

Property Name

The property name column contains links and actions related to the property and it's bid. Click on the property name to view a property information and rates. Clicking the "View RFP Response" link will open a modal where you can view the properties bid response, clicking the icon will open the RFP response in a new tab. The "Recreate & Resend Contract" link will recreate and resend a PDF contract to property. Clicking the "Decline" link will the decline bid.

Bid Details

The bid details make up the rest of the columns in the table they include:

  • Distance from venue
  • Booking Model - commission
  • Rebate - The amount of rebate to be paid per room night booked
  • Bid Expires - Date the property has designated as the expiry date for this offer
  • Block and Rate offered - Date range of block(s), including rate and number of rooms blocked
  • Max Occupancy - Maximum number of guests allowed in a room type
  • Rewards points - If rewards points will be applied
  • Complementary Nights - Number of complementary room nights that can be earned
  • Block Release Date - Date block will be released back to the property
  • View/Add notes  - View and add any notes regarding property/bid

Expired and Declined Bids

Lists any bids that have expired or have been declined.
